  We were fortunate and honored to be the people to whom Judy sold her first house.  She helped us through the bidding process and was very professional as we went through all the paper work connected with buying a house. That turned out to be the easy part. 
   Now we had to sell our old house. This is where Judy really shined.

   This was the first time we had ever sold a house, so we had no clue what to do.  It soon became obvious that Judy’s years of experience in business and sales had carried over into real estate. 
   She gave a lot of good advice without pressuring us, and she did everythlilng with honesty and integrity. Whenever there were setbacks she always helped us through them in a caring and compassionate way. 
   I am sure any realtor could have sold our house. But, it is the time between the listing and the selling that makes a realtor different. That is the part that makes us glad we chose Judy.

    As first-time buyers, the process of buying a house seemed intimidating and overwhelming.  However, Judy's careful explanations and endless energy made the process an adventure instead of a daunting experience.  Judy went "above and beyond" the call of duty whenever we had questions or concerns.  She was reassuring whenever we were anxious, but never misled us.  

   She listened closely to all our needs, wants and wishes when it came to our first home, and screened every possible house according to the information we gave her until we found the perfect house for our family.  But, she didn't stop there!  She made sure we were always aware of the steps being completed, and of our rights as buyers.  We could never have bought our first house as easily without her.
