Most
buyers must obtain a mortgage to pay for some or all of the
cost of the home they are purchasing. And, most will
find themselves in a position of finding a lender to loan
them the money.
Judy recommends that the buyers begin their
lender-search by talking to the loan officers where they do
their personal banking. If that meeting fails to
provide the buyers the terms they desire, they may want to
shop around with other lending institutions.
