About Judy

Judy Griffin has been a familiar face in the business world of the Centralia for over 20 years.
For many years Judy owned and operated The Place, a women's apparel shop in Centralia and Salem.  She had a loyal following of customers over the years, many of whom also call upon her to help them with their real estate needs.

Judy lives in Centralia with her husband, Bert, who is a teacher and web designer.  In addition to their professional lives they enjoy traveling and spending time with their children and 10 grandchildren.

Much of Judy's personal life centers around her church, where she is the head counselor for the Senior High Youth Group.  In her own words, "Working with young people helps me stay young at heart."  One of the highlights of her work with the youth is their annual mission work trip to Mexico.
Judy loves her job as a realtor, and she takes her responsibilities very seriously!  "I find it very rewarding to assist my clients in finding just the right home at a price they can afford.  I try to make things as easy for them as possible.  Above all, I am always honest with them, and I believe they appreciate that."

Judy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the Egyptian Board of Realtors. To meet the needs of a growing diverse population, she is also a member of the National Association for Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
Judy regularly enrolls in continuing education courses which helps her keep abreast of the latest laws, practices, and developments in Illinois Real Estate.  In addition, she is currently enrolled in the GRI certification program to even better serve the needs of her clients.
